With the upcoming Wonder Woman movie, the crew tries to decide who is the definitive Marvel analogue to Wonder Woman. Some of the names that have been bandied about are, She Hulk, Ms Marvel (or Captin Marvel if you prefer) Scarlett Witch, Storm and the list goes on and on.

Cal brings up a great point in this video, Whatever happened to Superman being the man of tomorrow. While clearly an alien (his immigration status is still up to debate), he was seen by earlier writers of his comic books as the man of the future. He was meant to embody what we wanted our future selves to be. Unfortunately, current writers have not exuded the hope of a better future for us that the Superman represented.

Cal & PD take a look at the new Rebirth title: Super Sons #1, which brings Jonathan Kent (Supermans' son) & Damian Wayne (Batmans' son), in a team up comic. Peter Tomasi & Jorge Jimenez are the writing & artistic team behind this continuation of the best buddy team into the next generation. Will PD & Cal recommend this new comic book? Check it out.

Once again the tide of public opinion has pulled us into reviewing a show not normally part of the this webpage. New Editions' songs, feuds & fights were legendary. Their breakups, spinoffs & individual projects helped to build the mystique of the g. Because of bad blood we did not think we would ever see the entire group.
But thanks to BET, they were able to bring the group back. First as a special and then in a made for TV miniseries, which lasted 3 days. It was a cable ratings success and a social media phenom.
The miniseries was able to get most of the major players in the New Edition story to contribute to the show, such as Brook Payne, the father figure & choreographer of the group, Jimmy Jazz, LA Reid & Babyface to name a few.
The young actors playing the roles of the members of the New Edition group dida. great job capturing the appearance and mannerism of the members of group. Lastly and most important was the music - it was well chosen.

I can't believe it but DC Animation has done it. The Judas Contract, one of the best Teen Titan story arcs ever!! Is coming to the small screen on April 4th Digital HD & April 18th DVD & Blu-ray. DC adapted this story from 1984 story of the same name, that one of DC Comic's greatest artist/writer creative team - Marv Wolfman & George Perez.
We will see if having some of our favorites characters make this new version of the story popular: Starfire, Raven, Robin, Nightwing, and villains Deathstroke & Brother Blood.
If DC keeps faithful to the original story, this new video will be a hit when it comes out.
